Litespeed vs. Merlin (the usual)

I am in the final process of buying a titanium bike (Litespeed Ocoee
vs. Merlin Mountain or Tiaga). I would like your completely biased
opinion as to why Merlin's frame/guarantee/service/future is better than
Litespeed's.

I must admit, I am leaning to the Ocoee.

I plan on buying sometime in April...
