I find it unusual that of roughly 150 Ti models, only one I've researched use (or admits to using) non 6/4 or 3/2.5 Ti. I would imagine if anyone knows how to work with cheaper alloys, it would be Merlin.
I'm still leaning to the Mountain or Ocoee. Hope to buy later this month.

: I'm getting a little tired of this negativity associated with the Tiaga. I happen to own one and love it. It's a Merlin frame, absolutely top quality welds and finish, has a unique wishbone rear (adds stiffness), and weighs around 3 1/2 pounds.

: Let me see, s-bend chainstays, Merlin geometery, lifetime warranty.......
