Made-to-Measure Program: Merlin was founded with the purpose of handcrafting exceptional frames for discerning cyclists. We proudly continue the tradition of creating extraordinary bikes and exceeding expectations for performance and ride quality. We believe everyone should be offered the same privilege to create, own, ride, and enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind Merlin.

Visit your local Merlin Dealer. Here a representative will continue the fitting process through a visual fit and linear fit. These measurements and notes will be added to the request form along with your selected componentry. The completed form is then sent to our custom department.

Our skilled custom frame designers convert the measurements into frame dimensions and design your frame. They then create an approval drawing that will be faxed to your Merlin Dealer. You and the Dealer will examine the drawing and final adjustments can be made at this time.
