I am very concerned that anyone who has been in touch with the Folks at Merlin could feel so badly about them! I have always been treated very well by The Merlin Folks. Granted, because they are not overly blessed with man/woman power. They don't operate in a mass production assembly line mode( like let us say Chevrolet!) it sometimes takes a wee while for them to respond but they always do. I would recommend a Merlin to anyone/everyone who loves to cycle whether on or off road. It makes no difference because You will know that You are riding the BEST there is built by true artists in their field. You can quote me!!
