Taiga vs Litespeed OBED

I am looking at '97 Taiga and Litespeed OBED, trying to decide which one to get. The Merlin is 200 dollars more and I believe does not have all 3/2.5 Ti tubing?! The Litespeed is all 3/2.5 and is also lighter in weight. Questions
1-Which tubes in the 97 Taiga are 6/4
2-Does anyone have any recommendations?
