A good way to take off decal is first to wet them for around a minute to get the plastic soft. Then, scrape lightly and horizontally with a dull edge ( envelope openner). After all the plastic is gone, the magic begins. Get and old clean rag and wet it with gasoline. Rub it on the sticky glue that is left from the decals. With a little elbow grease it should disappear.
