Last week I purchased a Merlin Road with the Wound Up fork. Previous to that, I contacted Merlin a couple of times with questions; both by email and phone. Both times the response was quick and courtious. When I called Merlin, everyone was very helpful and friendly. I even got to talk to Mr. Fox, who was also eager to help.
Just a note to let everyone know about it. Great company.
By the way, I love my new Merlin.
