While the Tellico is obviously a fine bike I do not think it is in the same realm as an XLM or Seven equivalent. First, is uses 6/4 ti (Merlin and Seven are 3/25) which makes it really stiff, and it is not butted. On another note, speaking of sheer asthetics...the welds as well as the "color" of the ti do not have the same beauty as the XLM or the Seven. In my humble opinion, I do not think that Litespeeds are in the same league as Merlin or Seven. They seems to be "everywhere" because of their rather low price point. If you have a "price is no object" bike I believe you $$$ is better spent on a Merlin, Seven, Serotta, or Fat Chance. To each his own though...
