Now that the Bulletin Board is up and running again!! I have a question that I believe only our online community can answer. Here goes ...
In the past Merlin personnel have been cautious in participating on the bulletin board. We have done this in effort to keep the bulletin board as a customer to customer dialog forum. However, Merlin has responded in the past if the information provided by customers was in error.
I do want to make note that this "unofficial" policy has not limited our customers' ability to contact Merlin. As always, we receive a tremendous amount of direct emails and customer phone calls. So ...
"Do you, as our online community, want Merlin to be a more active voice on the bulletin board, or would you prefer that we keep the company dialog primarily through direct email and phone calls?"
