Go for the Extralight unless you are super heavy, value more comfort over increased stiffness or will never be racing. The extra $ you spend now will be long forgotten a year or so down the road, but you'll still have this frame. You can save money elsewhere. For instance, I went with '99 Chorus instead of Record so I could afford the XL.
