I believe it would be good idea for Merlin to participate in the on-line discussion. I am a happy owner of XLM and an Extralight road. They both are AWESOME! I have had wonderful customer service dealing with Matt Bracken and Jon Garen. However, I think your biggest problem (Merlin) is that you have a rap (unjustified IMHO) that you have poor customer service. I think your participation in the discussion would do a lot of good in changing that perception. For instance, there are about 4 posts already about a creaking bottom bracket...what is the cure? thanks of the great bikes and keep up the great work!
Question, will there be a double butted version of the Echo?
