Superior Alignment:

Our tubing is straight to ten-thousandths of an inch, the most rigorous standard in the industry. Our mitering tolerance is also 0.010". At every stage of machining, tacking, welding, and finishing, the frame is checked for alignment - five times in all.

Precise Wall Thickness:

In addition to our specs for wall thickness and diameter, we have introduced the world's first seamless double-butted bicycle tubeset. Unlike bulged or tapered tubes, our double-butted tubing boasts an even wall thickness for lower weight and a better ride.
