If you already know the dimensions you want for your new frame, please supply them here. Measure the frame size (seat tube length) from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the top tube, as shown under "Current Bicycle Measurements." All other measurements are center to center. Use inches or centimeters, whichever is easier.

Photographic References
Please supply photographs of yourself on your current bicycle in the three positions shown below. Your ankle extension should be the same as when you ride, and your elbows should be slightly bent and relaxed.

For best results, use a light-colored wall as a backdrop, and avoid sharp shadows. Do not take the pictures against a glass window, or against a cluttered background. Try to fill the frame of the photo; it's ok to cut off the ends of the wheels, but try to make sure your feet and head are fully shown. Take the photos as a true profile, at waist height.

Extralight Custom ( )
If your current bicycle fits perfectly and you simply want to duplicate it as a Merlin Extralight, order this frame. Or if a standard Extralight doesn't fit, and you want different frame angles, top tube length, bottom bracket height, a special frame size or other departure from stock, this is your bike.
Road Custom ( )
This is a less expensive version of our Extralight custom. It has straight-gauge tubing. If you want to duplicate your current bike as a Merlin, or if you seek a different head angle, seat angle, top tube length, bottom bracket height, or similar departure from our stock geometry, order this custom.
Frames smaller than 49cm will be built with 650B wheels. If this is not acceptable, please check here ( ).

    Cyclocross ( )
This is a competition-ready cyclocross frame. It can also be built up as a cyclocross-style hybrid.

Cyclocross frames are built with custom-sized MTS325 straight-gauge tubing. Extralight (double-butted) tubing in the top tube, seat tube and down tube is an extra-cost option. All frames have straight-gauge heavy-duty seatstays, chainstays, and head tubes.

All 49-cm and larger cyclocross frames are sized for 700C wheels. Frames smaller than 49cm will be sized for your choice of 26-inch "mountain" wheels (559 mm bead seat diameter) or 650B wheels ("26-inch road"), which are available in clincher and tubular styles. Please check the appropriate box below.

Important: Please be sure to specify your cyclocross fork choice in your specifications!

    Standard Features:

    Road Touring ( )
In addition to our custom geometry, our Touring frame is built with stouter seatstays that will carry a rack. Some sizes may also have heavier tubing in the main frame.

S-Bend seatstays are optional for a more compliant ride. Please allow an extra four weeks for delivery.

Our road frames are usually sized for 700C wheels. Frames smaller than 49cm will be built with 650B wheels unless you specify otherwise. The 650B size is available in both tubular and clincher tire styles, and is commonly called "26-inch road." The nominal bead seat diameter is 584 mm. Most "26-inch" road forks are this size.

If you would prefer 26-inch mountain wheels, check the appropriate box. These wheels have a nominal bead seat diameter of 559mm. Note that virtually all forks sized for 26-inch mountain wheels have cantilever brakes. In most cases, you will not be able to adapt road caliper brakes to these forks. If in doubt, consult your dealer.
