Merlin's Made-to-Measure system goes far beyond simply taking stock pieces from a library of pre-cut, pre-mitered tubes. We gather meticulous information, not just your measurements, but your riding style and personal preferences. Remember also that we can craft anything from tandems to bmx bikes and single speeds. From this info, our engineers create a detailed set of CAD drawings of your frame for your approval. Then, once you are ready, our master craftsmen go to work.

Every element of the frame is fitted to within a fraction of a millimeter and assembled with the same meticulous skill that Merlin is known for around the world. Once the frame is delivered to your dealer, we recommend a comprehensive fit session to tailor fit the component selection and complete the package. While we won't compromise our craftsmanship for the sake of time, we understand your desire to get on your dream bike as soon as you can. To that end, we have a staff dedicated specifically to the creation of custom bikes and their sole purpose is to make your dream a reality in the shortest time possible.

It is true that many of our customers find exactly what they want in our standard sizing and geometry. But, there is something extra satisfying in the knowledge that this bike was made just for you. There is not another one like it in the world.
